Embrojin provides custom Python automation tool development services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom Python script development
• Process automation solutions
• Web scraping and data extraction
• API integration and development
• Data processing and analysis tools

3. Subscription Plans

All subscription plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain full ownership of all custom code developed specifically for your projects. However, Embrojin retains the right to reuse general methodologies, techniques, and non-proprietary code components in future projects.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Ensure you have legal rights to any data or systems you request us to automate
• Use our automation tools in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Embrojin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
